To achieve the concrete strength in a controlled manner within one day, Verboom uses a heating system. This installation heats the formwork and therefore the concrete, so that sufficient compressive strength is achieved within the desired time to be able to remove the formwork.
Influencing and determining the maturity of concrete is a specialty of Verboom. The Maturity Computer is an important tool for controlling the process. It is determined with certainty that the formwork can be removed. In addition, the MCR-21 can automatically influence the overall process.
For example by switching off heating when it has been calculated that the strength is achieved at the desired time. This means efficiency and direct savings, because no more energy is used than necessary. The data is automatically saved and stored on our portal: www.rijpheidscomputer.nl. Users can log in to read and process the measurement data directly.
You can enable Verboom Techniek for:
- Formwork heating installations
- Continuous heating
- Porto cabin heating
- Measurement equipment ( maturity computer MC(R)-21 for both hot and cold casting)
